• Please arrive 5 minutes early to complete any necessary forms.

• Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a fee.

Eyelash Extension Request Policy:

• All lash appointments are by request and may be subject to changes based on salon availability.
• We will work with you to find the best alternative time slot if your requested time is unavailable. 

Eyelash Extension Fill Policy:

• For fills, you must have 50% of lashes from the previous set for a 2-Week Fill and 25% for a 3-Week Fill. 
• Clean lashes are mandatory, and please avoid mascara or eye makeup.
• A Patch Test can be requested 24-48 hours before your appointment to check for allergies. 
• Failure to request the test waives our liability in case of a reaction. 
• Age requirement for lash services is 18 and above.
• Following Aftercare Instructions is crucial for the health of your brows and lashes. 

Brow Lamination & Lash Lift & Tint Policy:

• Clean brows are essential for these services.
